- 6 slices All But Gluten Cinnamon Raisin Bread
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp goat cheese
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the bacon and brown sugar in a plastic bag. Toss to coat.
Lay the bacon strips across a baking rack on top of a baking sheet.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the bacon from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, begin preparing the sandwiches. Place ½ tbsp of butter on each side of bread.
Flip the bread and place ½ tbsp of goat cheese on the other side of the bread.
Place 2 strips of bacon on one side of the bread and a few blueberries on the other side.
Sandwich together and place in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes per side or until the bread is browned.
The sign says it best, “Bacon Makes Everything Better”!
The All But Gluten Cinnamon Raisin Bread cooks up perfectly crisp on top while still soft in the middle.
Pick up a loaf in the bakery section of your grocery store to make this tasty treat at home!
