For this weeks video, I’m sharing one of my favorite guacamole recipes. While this recipe is new to the blog today, I’ve actually mentioned it before in my post for Blackberry Jalapeno Pulled Pork Tacos, then again on San Diego 6 News in my segment Hot Dog Toppings To Pair With Your Favorite Cocktails where I paired a hot dog topped with this delicious guacamole with a Blackberry Jalapeno Margarita, yum!
After mentioning the recipe now several times, I decided that it was about time I share it on the blog!
- 4 avocados (peeled & de-seeded)
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 jalapeno (de-stemmed, de-seeded & diced)
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
It’s so simple to make, I’m going to teach you how in just 30 seconds!
