3 Recipes for a Delicious Gluten Free Pasta Party

It’s “Wheatless Wednesday” which means gluten free pasta party time!

And I have a special treat for you today because I’m sharing not only one, but THREE delicious new gluten free recipes!

Inspired by the new line of McCormick Gluten-Free Recipe Mixes I created three scrumptious, quick and easy dinner recipes that the whole family will enjoy!

Got a picky eater on your hands? Don’t worry, they’ll love this Taco Spaghetti! It’s a combination of two classics, tacos and spaghetti, what’s not to love?

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup red onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lb ground turkey (or beef)
  • 1 package McCormick Gluten-Free Taco Mix
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
  • ½ lb gluten free spaghetti
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)

Add the olive oil to a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the red onion and garlic. Saute 2-3 minutes, then add the ground turkey and cook through.

Once the turkey is cooked, add the taco seasoning mix, diced tomatoes with green chilies and chicken broth.

Break the spaghetti noodles in half, then add to the pot.

Mix everything together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook 12-15 minutes, or until spaghetti is tender.

Place in a bowl and top with the cheddar cheese.

An easy dinner in 30 minutes that is sure to be a hit at your gluten free pasta party!

A gluten free pasta dish that adds a little spice to the party!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup red onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 15 oz can chili beans
  • 1 package McCormick Gluten-Free Chili Mix
  • 1 lb gluten free penne pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup nacho jalapenos (sliced)

Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the red onion and garlic. Saute 2-3 minutes, then add the ground beef and cook through.

Once the beef is cooked, add the chili beans and chili mix.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer 10-15 minutes, while preparing the pasta.

Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions.

Toss the pasta with the chili and top with cheddar cheese and sliced jalapenos.
