Oh hey there, it’s Whitney here, checking in from 40,000 feet in the air! Yay for Southwest In Flight WiFi!
I’m currently en route to Oklahoma to see my family and celebrate my future sister-in-laws bridal shower!
Before taking off, I decided to whip up another short, fast motion recipe video to share!
Did you all catch the first video I made for Cast Iron Skillet Rustic Potatoes?
I had so much fun creating the video that I’ve decided to add a new video every week!

For this weeks video, I’m sharing a favorite guacamole recipe. While this recipe is new to the blog today, I’ve actually mentioned it before in my post for Blackberry Jalapeno Pulled Pork Tacos, then again on San Diego 6 News in my segment Hot Dog Toppings To Pair With Your Favorite Cocktails where I paired a hot dog topped with this delicious guacamole with a Blackberry Jalapeno Margarita, yum!
After mentioning this guacamole recipe several times, I decided that it was about time I share it on the blog!
- 4 avocados (peeled & de-seeded)
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 jalapeno (de-stemmed, de-seeded & diced)
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
It’s so simple to make, I’m going to teach you how in just 30 seconds!
So easy, so fun, so delicious!
