Gluten Free General Tso's Chicken Recipe

Over the last couple of years, I’ve created several gluten free Chinese restaurant favorites for my brother, the gluten free guy who loves Chinese food!

My recipe for Gluten Free Orange Chicken is still his favorite, but I know that this General Tso’s Chicken is going to give the Orange Chicken a run for it’s money!

Gluten Free General Tso's Chicken Recipe

Typically General Tso’s Chicken is battered, deep fried and covered in hoisin sauce, which is not gluten free. For this recipe, I switched up the sauce to give it a similar taste to hoisin without the gluten, I then lightly battered the chicken in cornstarch and gave it a light pan fry, instead of deep-frying it.
