I started feeling that dreaded cold coming on after New Years so I vowed to stay in and down as many healthy, immunity-boosting beverages as possible! Within 24 hours, I was feeling 100% again!
One of my creations during this weekend of hibernation was this Immunity Boosting Orange Berry Smoothie!
Vitamins A, C & K are all packed with antioxidant boosting powers, which is why I packed them all into this smoothie!
The smoothie has 34% of your daily value of Vitamin A, 216% of Vitamin C (the powerhouse of immunity boosting vitamins!) and 70% of Vitamin K!
It’s also filled with vitamins D, E and B12, as well as iron and calcium!
I added Beaming’s Superfood Smoothie Blend to give this smoothie an extra boost of goodness. After all, they don’t call it a “Superfood Blend” for nothing!

- 1 cup oranges (peeled & de-seeded)
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium banana (peeled & sliced)
- 2 cups almond milk

Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
