For this weeks video, I’m sharing a favorite guacamole recipe.

While this recipe is new to the blog today, I’ve actually mentioned it before in my post for Blackberry Jalapeno Pulled Pork Tacos and Blackberry Jalapeno Margaritas.

After mentioning this guacamole recipe several times, I decided that it was about time I share it on the blog!

Blackberry Jalapeno Guacamole Recipe Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados (peeled & de-seeded)
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 jalapeno (de-stemmed, de-seeded & diced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries

It’s so simple to make, I’m going to teach you how in just 30 seconds!

Blackberry Jalapeno Guacamole

Fresh blackberries & jalapenos are combined in this simple & delicious guacamole recipe that's perfect for dipping up all summer long or serving on tacos!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add the avocados to a large mixing bowl.
  • Mash with a potato masher or fork.
  • Add the lime juice, sea salt, jalapeno and cilantro.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Add the blackberries and gently mix into the guacamole.
