That’s right, this easy jalapeno poppers recipe includes just 4 ingredients, but with the help of hot pepper bacon jam I managed to double up on the bacon and peppers!

  • 8 large jalapenos (sliced in half & de-seeded)
  • 1 jar (11 oz) hot pepper bacon jam
  • 5 oz triple creme brie
  • 16 slices bacon

Easy Jalapeno Poppers Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place a tablespoon of bacon jam and a slice of triple creme brie in each half of jalapeno.
