This thick BBQ sauce has a deliciously smokey flavor, with just a slight sweetness from the fresh peaches!

Whether you use it in this BBQ chicken recipe or smother it on grilled pork chops, it’s a scrumptious twist on traditional BBQ sauce that you’re going to love!

Grilled Peach Balsamic BBQ Chicken Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • ¼ cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 4 chicken breasts

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium. Quarter and deseed the peaches. Place the peaches on the grill.

Grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Remove the skin from the peaches. (It should peel off very easily after grilling!)

Place the peaches in a blender or food processor.

Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl and pour 1 cup of the sauce over the chicken. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Place on the grill over medium-high heat.

Grill for 5-7 minutes per side.
