bai5 is an antioxidant infused beverage that is full or flavor, not full of sugar! I took the pear and pomegranate flavors, and combined them with fresh fruit for a refreshing martini that’s perfect for the holiday season!
Ingredients
- ½ pear
- 1 ½ tsp pomegranate seeds (divided)
- ¼ cup Congo Pear Bai5
- ¼ cup Ipanema Pomegranate Bai5
- 2 oz vodka
Thinly slice two pieces of pear and place in the bottom of a martini shaker with 1 tsp pomegranate seeds. Add the Congo Pear bai5. Muddle the pear and pomegranate seeds with a muddler or the back of a spoon.
Add the Ipanema Pomegranate bai5 and vodka to the shaker with ice.
Shake, then strain into a martini glass. Add the remaining ½ tsp pomegranate seeds to the glass. Add ¼ tsp zest from the remainder of the pear into the glass.
Sip it down and enjoy this delicious, low calorie cocktail!
