Ingredients

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small mixing bowl.

Gluten Free Banana Walnut Waffle Recipe

In a large mixing bowl combine the flax seed and water, then add the coconut milk, 1 tbsp honey, cinnamon and olive oil.

Dairy Free Banana Walnut Waffle Recipe

Whisk together, then add the flour mixture.

Gluten Free Banana Walnut Waffle Batter

Combine well, then add the walnuts and one sliced banana.

Mash the banana slightly into the mixture.

Spoon the mixture into a waffle iron and cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fine ground flax seed
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey divided
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 2 bananas sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small mixing bowl.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the flax seed and water, then add the coconut milk, 1 tbsp honey, cinnamon and olive oil.
