Classic chicken marsala is given a fun twist in this recipe for Chicken Marsala Meatballs made by cooking pork and chicken meatballs in a creamy mushroom marsala sauce!

We love meatballs around our house! From Thai Peanut Turkey Meatballs served over rice, to Buffalo Honey Mustard Meatballs for gameday, to One Pot German Meatballs & Potatoes for an easy meal, there’s no shortage of meatball meals in our house!

One of my tricks for creating the perfect meatball is to combine two different meats. For this recreation of chicken marsala, I made pork and chicken meatballs. When using a lean protein like ground chicken breast, you want to combine it with a protein with a slightly higher fat content, like ground pork or beef.

Turn your favorite banh mi sandwich into a pizza with this easy and delicious Banh Mi Pizza recipe, topped with sesame ginger ground pork, fresh carrots, jalapeños, cilantro and Sriracha!

A couple of weeks ago, I was really craving pizza, but I wanted something different. I started thinking of some of my other favorite meals that I could transform into a delicious pizza. The banh mi sandwich came to mind and I began to experiment!

On the first banh mi pizza experiment I placed the jalapenos, onions and carrots with the pork on the pizza before baking. The family consensus was that to be more true to a real banh mi sandwich, the toppings should be raw and added after the pizza was baked. I also did a little experimenting with the sauce and about 5 pizza taste-tests later, the perfect banh mi pizza was born!

These German inspired Cabbage Rolls are filled with ground pork and sauerkraut, then simmered in a garlic onion broth for an amazingly flavorful recipe!

This recipe is very special for several reasons, it’s the first recipe photographed in my new house (yay!), it was inspired by my boyfriends love of cabbage rolls and it’s part of the “Food Blogger Olympics”, an initiative started by my friend Amy to celebrate the upcoming Winter Olympic Games!

For the “Food Blogger Olympics”, each blogger picked a country and created recipes inspired by that countries cuisine. I picked Germany because that’s where my boyfriend Kurt’s family is from and he loves German food. In the 3 years we’ve been together, I’ve learned a lot about German cuisine and decided it was time to spread my knowledge on the blog!

This easy Chinese Pork Chop Suey recipe combines pork, veggies & a delicious Asian sauce, served over white rice, topped with crispy chow mein noodles!

We’re only one week into March and this month has already been crazy with travel! I started the month in Gainesville, FL at the “Cox Smart Home” event with Cox Communications, where I showed local media and guests how to make their kitchen “smart” using Cox high speed internet.

Now if you’re wondering how to use high speed internet in the kitchen to do more than just browse WhitneyBond.com for new recipe inspiration, I’m here to tell you, there are lots of fun ways to do so! At the “Cox Smart Home” event I shared with guests how to use my Amazon Alexa App “Whitney Bond’s Recipe Search” which will verbally walk you through any recipe on WhitneyBond.com totally hands free! I also shared how to use WiFi devices in the kitchen, like this WiFi Crock Pot and WiFi Coffee Maker.

The event was so much fun, and I’m already gearing up to join them for another “Cox Smart Home” event in Phoenix next month!

With lots of travel on the horizon, when I’m home, I love to cook up new recipes for the blog and comfort foods for me and the boyfriend.
