And todays margarita is so light and refreshing that it almost tastes healthy!

This cucumber jalapeno margarita is super fresh with a little kick, making it the perfect poolside cocktail for the warm summer months.

Serve it with a side of Grilled Pineapple Tomatillo Guacamole for a happy union of two very delicious things!

Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 jalapeño, sliced and seeded
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 2 oz tequila reposado
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup ice

Add the cucumber and jalapeño to a shaker, then muddle.

Muddled Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita

Add the lime juice, tequila, triple sec, agave nectar and ice, then shake well.

Pour into glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 jalapeño sliced and seeded
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 2 oz tequila reposado

Instructions

  1. Add the cucumber and jalapeño to a shaker, then muddle.

Just like yesterday when we combined blackberries and jalapeños, today we’re combining another fruit with another pepper for a sweet and spicy, refreshing cocktail!

  • 1/2 mango (diced)
  • 1 serrano chili (seeded and diced)
  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup ice

Serrano Chili Mango Margarita Instructions

Muddle the mango and serrano chili in a shaker.

Add the tequila, triple sec, agave nectar and ice to the shaker.

Shake well then pour into a salt rimmed glass and garnish with a lime.
