Instructions
Thinly slice two pieces of pear and place in the bottom of a martini shaker with 1 tsp pomegranate seeds.
Add the Congo Pear bai5.
Muddle the pear and pomegranate seeds with a muddler or the back of a spoon.
Add the Ipanema Pomegranate bai5 and vodka to the shaker with ice.
Shake, then strain into a martini glass.
Add the remaining ½ tsp pomegranate seeds to the glass.
Add ¼ tsp zest from the remainder of the pear into the glass.
