Ingredients

apples
peeled, cored & diced – app. 4 medium apples

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine the apples, sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar, cornstarch, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.
Divide this mixture into 8 small mason jars (I used 4 oz – quarter pint jars).
Combine the gluten free flour, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl.
Add the butter and mix into a course crumble.
Sprinkle the mixture over the apple filling.
Place the mason jars on a baking sheet and into the oven.
Bake covered with foil 20-25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
