Ingredients

Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour

tbsp
granulated sugar

tsp
baking powder

tsp
salt

egg

cups
milk

tbsp
maple syrup

tbsp
unsalted butter
melted

bacon
cooked & crumbled
¼
cup
maple syrup
Instructions
Prepare the pancake batter by combining the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small mixing bowl.
In a medium mixing bowl whisk the egg, milk and 2 tbsp maple syrup together.
Add in the dry ingredients, stir to combine, then add the melted butter.
Mix in the cooked, crumbled bacon.
Heat a griddle or large skillet to medium and spray lightly with cooking oil.
Pour the pancake batter by ¼ cup onto the griddle.
Wait for the pancakes to be covered with small bubbles, then flip.
Drizzle with additional ¼ cup maple syrup and serve.
