Ingredients

raspberry lime vinaigrette

tsp
red pepper flakes

fresh cilantro
chopped

shrimp
peeled & deveined
½
cup
fresh raspberries

limes
sliced into wedges – optional garnish to squeeze over skewers
Instructions
Add the raspberry lime vinaigrette, red pepper flakes and cilantro to a medium bowl.
Add the shrimp and toss well to coat.
Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to marinate.
Skewer the shrimp with fresh raspberries.
Grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the freshly grilled skewers.
