Ingredients

cream cheese

cup
strawberries
sliced, stems removed

sugar

mini chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Blend cream cheese, strawberries and sugar together.
Hand mix in the chocolate chips.
Place 1 tbsp. of the cheesecake mixture in the middle of each wonton wrapper.
Brush water around the edges of the wonton wrapper.
Pinch each of the four corners together into the middle to form the cool wonton shape.
Whisk the egg in a small bowl with 1 tsp. of water and brush each wonton on all sides with the egg wash.
Place on a baking sheet and into the oven for 8 minutes.
