bag All But Gluten Mini Brownies

coconut milk

tsp
vanilla extract
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/3
cup
brown sugar
1/3
cup
white sugar
1/4

fresh strawberries
sliced

tbsp
powdered sugar
for dusting
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Grease an 8 x 8 square baking pan (or heart shaped pan).
Break the mini brownies in half and place in the dish.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs.
Add the coconut milk and whisk together.
Add the vanilla, cinnamon, white sugar and brown sugar.
Whisk well, then pour the mixture over the brownies.
Top with the sliced strawberries.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Dust the powdered sugar over the bread pudding.
