cracker jacks

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Dice the chicken breasts into small cubes.
Whisk the milk and eggs together in a shallow bowl.
Add the Cracker Jacks to a food processor.
Blend into a fine crumb texture, then place in a shallow bowl.
Add the flour to a separate shallow bowl.
Dip the chicken into the egg and milk mixture, then into the flour, back into the egg mixture, then coat with the Cracker Jack crumbs.
Once the chicken is coated place the pieces on an oiled wire rack on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until crisp.
