Ingredients

soy sauce
tamari for gluten free

sriracha

tbsp
rice vinegar

tbsp
honey
1
tbsp
chili paste

pad thai rice noodles

sesame oil

Vidalia onions
sliced

cups
fresh broccoli
or broccolini

cloves
garlic

fresh ginger
minced

ground beef

green onions
sliced
Instructions
Combine the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey and chili paste in a small bowl, set aside.
Cook the rice noodles according to package directions, drain, rinse in cold water and set aside.
Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onions and broccoli, saute 4-5 minutes, then add the garlic and ginger, saute an additional 1-2 minutes.
Add the beef and cook through.
Drain any grease from the beef, then add the noodles and sauce to the pan.
Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add the green onions and serve.
