Ingredients

olive oil

onion
diced

garlic

turkey breakfast sausage

cups
tomatoes
diced

cup
basil pesto

large eggs

cup
parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion, saute 4-5 minutes, add the garlic, saute for an additional minute.
Add the turkey sausage and cook through, 6-8 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and basil pesto, mix everything together.
Crack the eggs on top.
Cover and cook 6-8 minutes.
Remove the lid, sprinkle with cheese and serve.
