Ingredients

olive oil

red onion
diced

can diced tomatoes with green chilies

gluten free spaghetti

cheddar cheese

Instructions
Add the olive oil to a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the red onion and garlic.
Sauté 2-3 minutes, then add the ground turkey and cook through.
Once the turkey is cooked, add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies and chicken broth.
Break the spaghetti noodles in half, then add to the pot.
Mix everything together and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and cook 12-15 minutes, or until spaghetti is tender.
Place in a bowl and top with the cheddar cheese.
