Keto Egg Muffins

What you'll need

Whisk together  eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt & pepper.

Prepare a variety  of fillings.

Load fillings into a muffin tin.

Pour in the egg mixture.

Bake at 350°F for  20 minutes.

Allow to cool then remove the muffins.

You can either store them for meal prep...

...or gobble them up right away!
