How To Roast Acorn Squash (in the oven, air fryer or microwave)

For the microwave, start by poking holes all over the squash.

Microwave for 8 minutes, flipping it over halfway.

Once cooked, slice in half and scoop out the seeds.

For the oven and air fryer, cut in half and remove the seeds first.

Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place cut side up and air fry for 20 minutes.

Or, roast in the oven for 35-45 minutes.

Once roasted the skin will easily peel off!

Enjoy as a side or use in your favorite squash recipes.
