Easy Butternut Squash Strudel

Slice a sheet of puff pastry dough.

Add roasted squash, cooked sausage, and seasoned ricotta cheese.

Alternate folding in one strip from each side of the puff pastry dough.

Repeat until you get to the end.

Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash.

Bake for 25 minutes, then cut into slices.
