Pan Pizza with Crispy Cheese Crust

Oil and season a 12 inch non-stick or cast iron skillet.

Prepare the pizza dough and stretch it out to 12 inches wide to fit in the skillet.

Place the dough in the seasoned skillet on the stove over high heat. Add cubes of mozzarella cheese around the edges of the dough.

Set a timer for 10 minutes. The cheese should start to brown around the edges.

Add pizza sauce and parmesan cheese.

Turn the heat off on the stove. Add cubed mozzarella cheese and toppings across the pizza.

Place the pizza under the broiler in the oven for 2 minutes.

Lift the pizza out of the skillet immediately.

Wait 3-4 minutes before slicing the pizza.

Cut the pizza into 8 slices.
