Cranberry Glazed Turkey Breast

Add turkey breast to salt sugar brine with herbs and white wine.

Tie up the brining bag to make sure the turkey is covered in the brine. Brine overnight in the refrigerator.

Combine spices in a small bowl to make the rub.

Rub the turkey breast & place in the oven to roast for one hour.

Prepare the cranberry glaze on the stove.

Cook down until the cranberries burst.

Pour the cranberries through a mesh strainer.

Use a spatula to press the liquid through the strainer.

Remove the turkey from the oven and brush with the cranberry glaze.

Slice & serve the most flavorful turkey ever!

Top with the cranberry sauce, or serve it on the side.
