Ingredients you'll need

Peel and dice the potatoes and add them to a pot.

Add chicken broth and boil for 10 minutes.

Mix in onions, celery and tabasco.

Reduce heat and simmer.

In a separate pan melt butter.

Whisk in flour.

Cook the roux until golden brown.

Stir in half and half and roux, then simmer.

Mix in parsley  and salt.

Serve up the creamy goodness!

Garnish with shredded Swiss cheese and fresh parsley.
