Easy Homemade French Crepes

What you'll need

Blend flour, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract and melted butter in a blender.

Refrigerate  for 1 hour.

Pour 1/4 cup batter in a crepe pan and swirl to coat the bottom.

Cook for 1-2 minutes then flip.

Cook for 30-60 seconds.

Transfer to a plate and repeat until all the batter is cooked.

Dust with cinnamon and sugar.

Or fill with Nutella and strawberries.

A simple yet elegant brunch or dinner!
