Easy Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Tacos

Add tri tip, veggies, seasonings, and sauce ingredients to a slow cooker.

Cook on  high for  6-8 hours,  or low  for 10-12  hours.

Shred the meat in the slow cooker.

Prep toppings like avocado, pineapple, jalapeños,  and  cilantro. 

Fill tortillas with beef, veggies and toppings. Enjoy!
