Easy Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Chicken Noodles

WHAT YOU NEED

Add chicken, onions, carrots and bell peppers to a slow cooker

Add Thai peanut sauce and chicken broth

Slow cook on low for 6 hours.

20 minutes before serving, remove the chicken, shred, then add back to the slow  cooker  with the  rice  noodles.

Top with fresh cilantro & chopped peanuts

Easy to make & SO delicious!
