Easy Creamy Cheese Fondue

Ingredients you'll need

Cook finely diced shallots in olive oil.

Add cream cheese and stir until melted.

Stir in half and half.

Add shredded swiss and Emmentaler, or gruyere cheese.

Stir until all of the cheeses are melted, then season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Serve with fruits, vegetables, bread and sausage for dipping.
