Place the brisket in marinade

Marinate for  8-12 hours  in the refrigerator, turning  2-3 times.

Coat with dry rub

Preheat  smoker  to 225°F

Place brisket on the smoker

Slather with wet mop every 30 minutes and cook until internal temp reaches  205°F.

Remove from smoker and let rest covered in foil for 1 hour.

To serve, slice  against the grain.
