Cook diced onions, carrots and peas in oil.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Add two eggs and scramble.

Add diced ham and fry in the skillet.

Add cooked rice, soy sauce and sriracha.

Stir to combine everything and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Serve topped with diced green onions.

An easy 15 minute recipe and great way to use leftover ham!
