Slice  zucchini into thin slices.  Cook and season ground beef.

Layer zucchini and seasoned ground beef in baking dish.

Top with  remaining zucchini.

Cover with  enchilada sauce.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes.
