Ingredients you'll need

Cook diced onions and garlic in olive oil on the stove.

Combine all of the ingredients for the salisbury steaks in a large bowl.

Form into 4 oval-shaped patties.

Sear the patties on both sides.

Start preparing the gravy by cooking diced onions.

Add mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.

After cooking the mushrooms, melt butter in the skillet.

Add flour to the skillet.

Stir to combine everything.

Add beef broth, dijon mustard and pepper.

Stir the gravy and bring it to a simmer.

Add the beef patties to the gravy to finish cooking them.

Serve the salisbury steaks covered in the mushroom gravy. It's great over mashed potatoes!
