Ingredients you'll need

Shred brussels sprouts in a food processor, or with a knife.

Cook the sprouts with shallots, salt & pepper for 6 minutes.

Add garlic, stir and continue cooking.

Remove from the heat, toss with balsamic vinegar and maple syrup,
