Smoked Pulled Pork Shoulder
Brine the pork shoulder overnight in water, salt & sugar.
Create a rub with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic & onion powder.
Coat the pork shoulder in the rub.
Place the pork shoulder on a smoker, set at 275°F.
Smoke until the internal temp reaches 160°F.
Wrap the pork & smoke until the internal temp reaches 203°F.
Rest the pork for 1 hour, then shred.
Dig into the BEST smoked pulled pork!
