Boil the pasta shells until they're al dente.

Prepare the sauce by combining tomatoes, red wine and herbs.

Cook and crumble sausage in a skillet on the stove.

Add mushrooms, onions and kale to the skillet with the sausage.

Combine the cooked sausage and veggies with feta, capers and sun dried tomatoes.

Mix together to make the filling for the shells.

Drain the shells and let them cool.

Pour a layer of sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.

Stuff the shells and arrange them on top of the sauce.

Cover with more sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Dig in and enjoy!
