Slow Cooker Tri Tip French Dip
Place a seasoned tri tip in a slow cooker with sliced onions, beef broth & herbs.
Cover and cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 10-12 hours.
Shred the meat.
Load onto rolls and top with cheese, broil to melt.
Spread on some horseradish and assemble.
Serve with the cooking liquid as au jus!
