Vegetarian Brussels Sprout Casserole

Ingredients you'll need

Cook mushrooms in butter with salt, pepper and thyme.

Add garlic and nutmeg.

Make a roux with cornstarch and vegetable broth.

Add half and half, and simmer.

Add brussels sprouts to a baking dish.

Cover with the creamy mushroom mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Serve up this  delicious side dish!
