Turn your favorite peanut butter sandwich cookie into a delicious brunch recipe with these Nutter Butter Waffles! Peanut Butter Waffles are layered with a creamy peanut butter filling & drizzled with peanut butter syrup for a sweet & easy breakfast recipe!
Prepare the filling by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Transfer the ingredients to a large ziplock bag or piping bag and set aside.
Peanut Butter Waffles
Preheat a waffle iron.
Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients, mix together well, then add the melted butter and combine.
Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook.
Remove from the waffle iron. Continue making waffles until all of the waffle batter is gone.
Cut a small hole in the corner of the ziplock bag with the filling, or use a piping bag and pipe the filling on top of one waffle, then place another waffle on top of the filling. Continue until all waffles have been filled.
Peanut Butter Syrup
To make peanut butter syrup to drizzle on top, combine the maple syrup and peanut butter together in a microwave safe bowl.
