Ingredients

butter

chicken breasts
cut into 1 inch pieces

cup
buffalo sauce
divided
20
oz
refrigerated cheese tortellini
1
tsp
paprika
1
tsp
garlic powder
½
tsp
kosher salt

chicken broth
2
oz
cream cheese
cubed
½
cup
cheddar cheese
shredded
Instructions
Add the butter to a large skillet over medium heat.
Toss the cubed chicken with ½ cup buffalo sauce.
Once the butter is melted, add the chicken to the skillet.
Cook 4-5 minutes, then add the tortellini to the skillet with the paprika, garlic powder and salt.
Pour the remaining ½ cup buffalo sauce and chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 7-8 minutes.
Remove the lid and add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Stir to combine, and allow the cheese to melt in for 3-4 minutes.
