Ingredients
1 ½cupsall purpose flour
¼cupunsweetened cocoa
½teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonbaking soda
¾cupbutter, softened
½cupgranulated sugar
½cupbrown sugar
1large egg
1teaspoonvanilla extract
7ouncesmarshmallow creme
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
In a large bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar, add the eggs and vanilla.
Add the flour mixture and combine well.
Fill the mini muffin tins ¾ full with cookie dough.
Place in the oven and bake for 13 minutes.
Remove from the oven and use the end of a spatula to make an indentation in the center of each cookie cup.
Let cool for 5 minutes, move to a wire rack and fill each cookie cup with marshmallow creme.
