Buffalo Shrimp Tacos are an easy meal, made in just 15 minutes! The shrimp is sauteed or grilled, instead of fried, for a healthy spin on shrimp tacos!
Toss the shrimp with the ½ cup buffalo sauce, saute in a large skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, or grill over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the shredded lettuce, carrots, celery and red onion together.
Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet for 20-30 seconds, or in the oven set to 350°F for 1-2 minutes.
Spoon some veggies into the tortillas, then top with the shrimp, drizzle with the blue cheese dressing and extra buffalo sauce, then sprinkle with the cilantro.
