Ingredients

thick cut bacon

tbsp
sriracha
½
cup
brown sugar

cups
bacon cheddar cheese
grated

sweet hawaiian bread

tbsp
butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the bacon in a plastic ziplock bag, add the sriracha and toss to coat.
Add the brown sugar to the bag and toss to coat.
Remove the bacon from the bag and lay the bacon strips across a wire rack on top of a foil-lined baking sheet.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the bacon from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, begin preparing the sandwiches.
Spread 1 tbsp of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Flip the bread over and place ¼ cup of cheese on half of the slices.
Place 3 slices of bacon on top of the cheese.
Place ¼ cup of cheese on top of the bacon on each slice of bread.
Sandwich the other 4 slices of bread over the cheese.
Place each sandwich in a hot skillet over medium heat and grill for 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
