Cook mashed strawberries with corn starch and sugar over medium heat for  5 to 7 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, and chill. 

Combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and sea salt.

Whip heavy cream on medium-high speed until firm peaks form.

Fold the condensed milk and strawberries into the whipped cream. 

Pour into a container, cover and freeze.

Scoop and enjoy!
