Keto Cauliflower Nachos

Cut the cauliflower in half.

Remove the stem and leaves.

Place the cauliflower halves flat side down and cut into slices.

Place the cauliflower "chips" on a large baking sheet.

Toss with olive oil and taco seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes.

Top with onions and jalapeños.

Cover with pepper jack cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
