Cook ground pork in a large pan, or wok.

Remove the pork & cook mushrooms in the same pan with soy sauce.

Add garlic and ginger.

Add sesame oil, white miso paste, chili garlic sauce and chicken broth.

Bring to a boil, then add ramen noodles.

Add the cooked pork back to the pan, along with spinach.

Spoon into a bowl and add your favorite ramen toppings.
